Learn about Karma Intelligence's mission and culture,
as well as our leadership team and company overview.

Mission

Karma Intelligence was founded on a definitive imperative: to elevate the nation’s cybersecurity baseline. As a commercial entity, our mission is to secure and defend the government agencies and the vital enterprises operating the critical infrastructure of Japan and its allied and like-minded nations.

Culture

“It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission.”

— Grace Murray Hopper (Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy; Computer Scientist)

In the relentless theater of cyber warfare, hesitation is defeat. If you believe your actions align with our Mission, Vision, and Values, internalize the leader's intent and exercise true Mission Command (Mission Tactics) on the front lines of your discipline. Make immediate, decisive decisions. We value speed, initiative, and bold action over the fear of failure.

Intelligence is power. Information is strictly compartmentalized.
We enforce rigorous security protocols to ensure that operational intelligence is shared only with authorized personnel, only when required, and only to the extent necessary to accomplish the mission.

In cyber defense, where there are no second chances, we earn trust through an unwavering commitment to quality and operational integrity, safeguarding nations and critical infrastructure.
